The British royal joined traditional iftar, the evening meal eaten after daily Ramadhan fast has ended, with Muslim youths during his two-day visit to Singapore over the weekend.

AceShowbiz - Prince Harry had a two-day trip to Singapore in the midst of London terror attacks over the weekend of June 3. During his visit on Sunday, the 32-year-old royal redhead joined traditional iftar, the evening meal eaten after daily Ramadhan fast has ended, with a Muslim community when prayers were offered to the victims of the London Bridge attacks that killed 7 people.

In a video posted on Muslim-faith welfare organization Jamiyah Singapore's Facebook page, Harry enjoyed the community's tradition iftar session at its headquarters at Guillemard Crescent. Before the meal, the 32-year-old prince was given a traditional Malay welcome from 10 hand drum players and was also given a martial arts demonstration.

According to The Telegraph, an Islamic scholar, secretary-general of Jamiyah Muhammad Rafiuddin Ismail, spoke about the tragedy in London just before sunset and the call to prayer. "Our thoughts go out to the families of the victims of the London terror attack last night," he said. "Let peace and harmony prevail in communities all over the world." Harry reportedly bowed his head at the remarks.

Also during his visit, the fifth-in-line to the U.K. throne was given a tour of a mobile HIV testing van and watched volunteers get tested. He had himself undergone an HIV test along with songstress Rihanna during his trip to her native Barbados late last year.
