The 'We Don't Talk Anymore' hitmaker reveals he's a fan of BTS and wants to meet the K-Pop group 'in person one day.'

AceShowbiz - Is there a collaboration between Charlie Puth and Bangtan Boys a.k.a. BTS on the way? The "We Don't Talk Anymore" hitmaker recently revealed in a radio interview that he's a fan of BTS and wanted to meet the K-Pop group "in person one day."

During the interview, Charlie was asked, "You've been very vocal on expressing your love for the K-pop group BTS. What makes you like them?" The "Attention" singer replied, "I like BTS, I like Jungkook too. I just like them, I think they're a fantastic band. I want to meet them in person one day and apologize to Jungkook for mispronouncing his name."

Earlier in the day, BTS shared a new version of Jungkook's cover of "We Don't Talk Anymore", which features Jimin singing Selena Gomez's parts in the original.

Charlie and BTS first interacted via Twitter when Jungkook posted a preview of "We Don't Talk Anymore" cover back in January. At the time, Charlie liked the tweet. The 25-year-old singer also gave support to Jungkook when the latter released his full cover in February. "Love this Jungcook," he wrote alongside a link to the cover, misspelling Jungkook's name.

The singer went on to tweet in March, "I really like BTS's music," and BTS tweeted a message of their own, "We really like Charlie Puth's music."
