The 33-year-old rapper recruits the Compton MC for a new version of the flute-rap song which is featured on his self-titled album.

AceShowbiz - Two of the biggest rappers today have teamed up. Future has tapped Kendrick Lamar, whom he previously invited during his Coachella set, for a remix of his smash hit "Mask Off". The remix was premiered on Power 105.1's "The Breakfast Club" on Tuesday, May 23.

While Future keeps his vocal intact, the flute-laced banger becomes more addicting with Kendrick's fiery guest verse. "Platinum, platinum, platinum/ Gotta look at self and ask what happened/ How y'all let a conscious n***a go commercial while only makin' conscious albums?/ How y'all let the braids on TV?/ How y'all let the hood at the table?/ Now y'all don't even know how to rat," Kendrick raps.

This isn't the first time Future and Kendrick join forces on a track. The pair previously teamed up on "Buy the World", a song off Mike WiLL Made It's 2014 mixtape "Ransom".

Kendrick recently released his fourth album "DAMN". The set topped Billboard 200 chart and every track scored a place on the Hot 100 as well. The album's lead single, "Humble", became his No. 1 hit as a solo artist. The Compton emcee will hit the road in July for a North American tour in support of his latest project.

Meanwhile, Future is currently on his "Nobody Safe Tour" which will run through June 30 in support of his latest two albums "Future" and "HNDRXX". The two projects were released back-to-back and both debuted atop Billboard 200.
