While the 23-year-old singer wasn't physically hurt during the incident, she was reportedly inconsolable and 'in no condition to perform.'

AceShowbiz - Although Ariana Grande had finished her set and left the stage before explosion at Manchester Arena erupted, she was reportedly "in hysterics" and emotionally shaken up after learning that nineteen people were killed at her concert. Due to this condition, the pop star has decided to suspend her world tour, according to TMZ.

It means Ariana won't take the stage for her show in London on May 25 as she has put everything on hold. A source even claimed that "she's in no condition to perform." However, it is yet to be confirmed whether she will return to the stage for her scheduled gigs in Belgium, Poland, Germany and Switzerland.

Hours after the tragedy, Ariana took to Twitter to reach out to her fans who had to go through the unfortunate incident. Judging from her tweet, it looks like the "Dangerous Woman" hitmaker is devastated after the explosion which is still being investigated. She wrote, "broken. From the bottom of my heart, I am so so sorry. I don't have words."

Ariana's manager, Scooter Braun, said, "We mourn the lives of children and loved ones taken by this cowardly act. We ask all of you to hold the victims, their families, and all those affected in your hearts and prayers."

The explosion which erupted during Ariana's concert is currently being treated as "terrorist incident." It was reportedly caused by a suicide bomber who put a nail bomb in the venue.
