AceShowbiz - Rejoice, Camila Cabello's fans! Following her dramatic departure from Fifth Harmony last December and collaborations with many artists like Shawn Mendes, Machine Gun Kelly, J Balvin and Pitbull earlier this year, the songstress has finally kicked off her solo career by releasing a debut single called "Crying in the Club" on Friday, May 19.

The catchy song was written by Camila herself, with some help from Benny Blanco and Sia Furler. "Crying in the Club" serves as the lead single off Camila's debut solo album "The Hurting, The Healing, The Loving which is expected to arrive later this year.

"So put your arms around me tonight/ Let the music lift you up/ Like you've never been so high/ Open up your heart to me/ Let the music lift you up/ Like you've never been this free/ 'Til you feel the sunrise/ Let the music warm your body/ Like the heat of a thousand fires/ The heat of a thousand fires," Camila sings.

On the heels of the song release, Camila took to Twitter to share her excitement with fans. She wrote, "first song from the hurting the healing the loving, hope u guys love it, I can't wait for you to see the video." The tweet hinted that the visuals for the track is on the way. Camila also shared a series of snippets of the music video few days prior.

Camila previously revealed that "The Hurting, The Healing, The Loving" was her story of "journey from darkness into light." She shared, "To the hurting, thank you for teaching me that even if at night you take me into the deepest depth of the ocean, I will still wake up in the morning. To the healing, thank you for the tears. When they finally came, they tasted like God. To the loving, you are even more beautiful than I remember."
