The 53-year-old actor is said to be super 'hopeful' Angie and their six kids are moving back to their old neighborhood to be closer to him.

AceShowbiz - Being apart from his and Angelina Jolie's kids after their split seems tough for Brad Pitt. And upon knowing that his ex and their six kids, Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh and twins Knox and Vivienne, are moving back to their old neighborhood to be closer to him, the "Allied" actor is said to be thrilled.
Brad, who hasn't lived near his children since Angie took them to live with her last fall, "is very hopeful that Angelina will buy a house close to their original home in Los Felix," an insider told Hollywoodlife.com. "Ideally the house would be walking distance from his home."
Recent reports have suggested that Angie actually has already moved to her new $25 million home in Los Angeles which is said to be just under two miles away from Brad's. "Brad and Angelina both agree that living close to each other would make the transition easier for the kids," claimed the source.
According to the insider, "Neither one of them want the kids being shuffled back and forth between long distances, and Malibu is just too far away." TMZ has reported that Angie and the kids' new estate features six bedrooms and ten bathrooms.
