The music mogul is sued by Cindy Rueda, who worked for him until May 8, 2016, after he allegedly asked her to serve a post-coital meal and made inappropriate comments about his naked body to her.

AceShowbiz - Sean Combs a.k.a. P. Diddy is sued for sexual harassment by his former personal chef, Cindy Rueda. Rueda claimed that the music mogul "regularly" made her serve him a post-coital meal while he was naked.

In a document filed on Monday, May 8, Rueda sued P. Diddy for sexual harassment, retaliation, defamation, failure to pay overtime and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Rueda, who was first hired to be a weekend chef in January 2015, was promoted to a full-time role and even began traveling with Combs in September 2015. She started working at 9 A.M. to midnight or later without being paid overtime.

Rueda claimed that she complained about the work conditions to Stacy Friend, the estate director for P. Diddy's estate. One of her many complaints stated that she was "regularly summoned by Mr. Combs to prepare and serve entrees and appetizers to him and his guests while Mr. Combs and/or his guests were engaged in or immediately following sexual activity."

In the lawsuit, Rueda further claimed that when she entered P. Diddy's room, he was naked and made comments about his body, such as asking Rueda if she "was attracted to or liked his naked body." Moreover, she claimed that one of his friends also committed sexual harassment toward her. He came into the kitchen naked and later asked her to "look at and admire his genitals."

After constant complaints to Stacy Friend, Rueda claimed that she was "lured into a situation where she could be accused of theft and ultimately terminated." According to Rueda, Iris, Combs' executive housekeeper, regularly "salvaged" discarded items in the house and offered Rueda a watch, which she said was found in the trash.

She took the watch only to find herself being accused of theft in the following days. Rueda claimed they told her to return the watch and sign a waiver of all rights and claims against P. Diddy if she didn't want to be prosecuted over stealing. Rueda was later let go on May 8, 2016.

According to TMZ, a rep for P. Diddy told the site that it was "a frivolous lawsuit by a disgruntled ex-employee who was fired for cause."
