The reality TV star, who is still under supervised release, has landed in hot water after not reporting two traffic violations to her parole officer.

AceShowbiz - Teresa Giudice may be going back to prison after failing to report two traffic tickets to her parole officer. She is currently under two years of supervised release after she was released from prison in December 2015.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Teresa and her lawyer had been informed that she had to report any contact with law enforcement after her release, but they broke the rule. She failed to notify her parole officer after two traffic violations. The first one was for making an illegal U-turn last year and the second one was for using her phone while driving last month.

Her parole officer stated in the documents that this would be her last written warning. However, her attorney James Leonard Jr. insisted that "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star reported the two tickets, but not within the required time frame. "Both she and I have spoken to her officer and understand exactly what is required should she have any future contact with law enforcement, which we do not anticipate will happen," he stated.

Teresa and her husband Joe Giudice were charged with multiple federal frauds including tax fraud, bankruptcy fraud and mail fraud in July 2013. They pleaded guilty in March 2014, and the court allowed them to serve at different times so their four daughters would still be able to live with one parent. Joe is currently serving his 41-month sentence.
