The 41-year-old singer claims that her estranged husband, Stephen Belafonte, is involved in porn industry and should be kept away from their child.

AceShowbiz - Melanie Brown a.k.a. Mel B alleges that Stephen Belafonte is involved in porn industry, having filmed porn in their family home as well as several other locations in Los Angeles. Brown believes that Belafonte should be completely banned from visiting their daughter Madison.
TMZ reports that Brown's attorneys say Belafonte should not be granted visitation rights in any way based on a new argument which claims that he is in the porn industry and owns pornography on multiple computers in the family home that her children have access to. Belafonte also had his rapper friend Tru Life, who once served time for manslaughter, stayed in the family home with them. He let the rapper sleep on Madison's bed, which was a very reckless decision to make as a parent.
Belafonte has filed for a joint custody for their 5-year-old daughter Madison and visitation rights with his step daughter, 10-year-old Angel who is Brown's daughter with her former husband Eddie Murphy. The court grants him monitored visitation with Madison, but denies his request for visitation with Angel.
The 41-year-old producer is given eight hours of monitored visitation per week that will be split into two four-hour visits. Both Brown and Belafonte will have to choose the dates and times of the visits. Belafonte's attorney Grace Jamra says that they're "very grateful and very happy."
Brown filed for divorce from Belafonte in March, claiming that he was "extremely abusive" during their 10-year marriage. The former Spice Girls member accused her husband of sexually exploiting her as well as cheating on her with their nanny, Lorraine Gilles.
