The 'Dumb and Dumber To' actor shocked his fans with his unkempt appearance in a new picture he posted on Easter.

AceShowbiz - Jim Carrey is unrecognizable in his latest selfie. The 55-year-old actor took to his Twitter page on Saturday, April 15 to wish his fans "Happy Easter or Passover or whatever reason you can find to feel warm and fuzzy," but it was his look that drew attention.
The "Liar Liar" star sported long locks and unkempt gray beard, while holding an adorable bunny rabbit. Many didn't recognize that it was the "Bruce Almighty" actor in the photo at first glance and expressed their shock.

"I HAD TO LOOK AT THIS PICTURE FOR FIVE MINUTES BEFORE MY BRAIN UNDERSTOOD THAT THIS WAS JIM CARREY," one person wrote. Another commented, "I LEGIT THOUGHT IT WAS ROBIN WILLIAMS FOR 10 WHOLE SECONDS."
Another fan expressed concern as writing, "Please don't ever leave us ur honest to god one of my favorite living people and i'd like to keep it that way." One Twitter user joked, "That beard and bunny combo is my motivation for life."
Jim has been keeping a low profile in recent years, following the death of his ex-girlfriend Cathriona White who committed suicide in September 2015. Her mother later launched a legal case against the comedian, blaming him for her daughter's death as it was reported that he infected Cathriona with STDs.
Reacting to the accusation, Jim said in a statement, "I will not tolerate this heartless attempt to exploit me or the woman I loved. I really hope that some day soon people will stop trying to profit from this and let her rest in peace."
