AceShowbiz - With "Going in Style" being released only a week earlier than upcoming "The Fate of the Furious", Warner Bros. decided to promote the comedy flick by making a spoof of the franchise. Several days after its release date, the comedy film released hilarious new posters designed in the style of the "Fast and Furious" movie series.

Posted by director Zach Braff on his Twitter account, the posters feature lead actors Morgan Freeman, Michael Caine and Alan Arkin imitating the pose of "Fast and Furious" stars such as Paul Walker, Vin Diesel and The Rock. Hilarious tag lines such as "Licenses Will Be Revoked" and "2 Slow 2 Grumpy" are added on the images.

"Going in Style" follows three retirees named Willie (Freeman), Joe (Caine) and Albert (Arkin) who decide to rob a bank when they've got serious money problems. The flick sat on the fourth place of North American box office chart in its opening weekend, unexpectedly earning a pleasant $12 million against its low budget. 70 percent of its audiences were over the age of 50.

The synopsis of the movie reads, "Played by Freeman, Caine, and Arkin, lifelong buddies Willie, Joe and Al, decide to buck retirement and step off the straight-and-narrow for the first time in their lives when their pension fund becomes a corporate casualty. Desperate to pay the bills and come through for their loved ones, the three risk it all by embarking on a daring bid to knock off the very bank that absconded with their money."

"Going in Style" is currently screening at U.S. theaters.
