AceShowbiz - It looks like Soulja Boy can finally breathe a sigh of relief as he reportedly has reached a plea deal in his December felony gun case. According to a new TMZ report, the rapper, who was facing up to 4 years of jail time, will serve 5 years of probation and will do community labor for 240 days.

Under the conditions of the probation, Soulja is not allowed to possess any deadly weapons or replicas, including toy guns. The 26-year-old rapper will still be able to travel internationally for reasons related to his career, as long as he clears it in advance with his probation officer.

A representative for Soulja Boy has yet to respond to a request for comment.

As previously reported, the "Whippin My Wrist" rapper allegedly violated his probation when cops discovered a firearm in his Hollywood Hills home late last year. He was already on two years probation from an incident in 2014 when he was charged after illegally carrying a loaded gun in Granada Hills.

Back in 2011, Soulja was also arrested on felony drug, cash and weapons charges at traffic stop in Georgia. The "Crack That (Soulja Boy)" rapper later claimed innocence after posting a $10.000 bond.
