The 27-year-old songstress is reportedly spending time closer to home in Nashville, Tennessee, to work on her upcoming album.

AceShowbiz - Taylor Swift has been out of spotlight for months. And a new report has emerged that she is currently in Nashville to make new music for her next project. More importantly, she is reportedly still trying to figure out "whether or not she wants to continue in the pop genre." She is now struggling to decide how the feels and the genre of her songs would be. There is still no clue whether she wants to continue with pop, which has brought her to fame, or go back to her country roots.
Her last public performance was when she took the stage at pre-Super Bowl concert in Houston, Texas on February 4. She said at that time, "By coming to this show tonight, you are attending 100 percent of this year's tour dates." Since then, she has been staying off the radar. She has even been absent from social media. Her only post on Instagram in the last two months is to promote Lorde's new single "Green Light".
In March, there have been rumors of her missing. However, the rumors were confirmed not true, as the singer has been spending a lot of time in her studios. A source said, "Taylor has been splitting her time between NYC, Nashville and Los Angeles lately. Mostly spending her time in her studios in all three cities. She has not been purposefully hiding out, but has simply been super busy in the studio recording, editing and putting the finishing touches on her new album."
The source added, "Taylor is excited to deliver the best possible music to all of her fans. Taylor has been working hard and she can't wait to release new music." Taylor's upcoming album would be her sixth album following "1989" which was released in 2014, and it is expected to be unleashed in the end of 2017.
