Trudeau didn't hold back on Twitter, challenging the 'Friends' star to a rematch after the actor revealed an old time brawl with the Canadian Prime Minister on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!'.

AceShowbiz - Canada's Prime Minister Justin Trudeau threw a challenge to "Friends" actor Matthew Perry on Twitter, saying that he wants a "rematch". Perry, the beloved Chandler Bing on cult-favorite sitcom "Friends", guest starred on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!", aired on March 15, and revealed his 'friendship' with Trudeau when the two attended elementary school in Canada. Perry shared a history he's "not proud of" during those days as he admitted to beating up the fifth-grader Trudeau along with a classmate.

"My friend ... who was also in the fifth grade in Canada, reminded me that we actually beat up Justin Trudeau," Perry told Jimmy Kimmel in an episode of "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" that aired last month.

Trudeau's father was the Prime Minister at that time, meaning that teenager Perry had a big courage to actually mess with a prime minister's son. However, Perry said Trudeau didn't get any special protection back in school, he was just a normal student and also "the only student that we could beat up," Perry said.

"We both beat him up. I think he was excelling in a sport that we weren't, so it was pure jealousy," he continued. After discussing more about his action, he added, "You know, I'm not bragging about this. This is terrible. I was a stupid kid, I didn't want to beat him up."

Trudeau gave a strong response 2 weeks later, posting on his Twitter during April Fools' Day. "I've been giving it some thought, and you know what, who hasn't wanted to punch Chandler? How about a rematch @MatthewPerry?" he tweeted.

Thankfully, Perry decided to play it safe. "I think I will pass at your request for a rematch kind sir (given that you currently have an army at your disposal)," he replied.

Since Trudeau tweeted on April Fools' Day, it is most likely that the Prime Minister didn't mean what he said.
