In the vibrantly funky track, the 33-year-old DJ brings out summery vibes with a little sexiness through the groovy music and catchy lyrics.

AceShowbiz - Calvin Harris's star-studded single is finally here. After sharing a teasing cover art on March 28, he has now released the new song called "Heatstroke" via Spotify and Apple Music. The Scottish DJ joins forces with a dream team of Pharrell Williams, Young Thug and Ariana Grande on the summery track.

The pop-rap track is definitely a beach-party anthem. "Tell me how you feel right now/ 'Cause all I wanna do is keep it real right now/ I'm tryna beat it up/ Beat Pills right now/ Athletic in the sheets/ I got skills right now/ Red braids, with some red baby hair/ Ballin' in that club, Ace of Spades, yeah/ Pop that b***h and spray it like 'Raid'/ Yellow diamonds on you like a glass of lemonade," Young Thug raps at the beginning of the song.

Mixed reviews of the song were given by fans on Harris' official Vevo account on YouTube. A fan gushed, "Who agrees that these new releases from Calvin are so fire?" Another fan gave similar response and raved about the music, "This sounds so f**kin good." However, there are also negative reactions from fans who were disappointed with Harris' new music. "I'm a huge Calvin Harris fan and slide and Heatstroke are s**t and disappointing," a fan wrote in the comment section.

Before "Heatstroke", Taylor Swift's ex released a lead single, "Slide", earlier this year. The seasonal track features Frank Ocean and Migos. "Slide" and "Heatstroke" are two tracks off Harris' upcoming album which is due out this year. He said of the album, "I worked with the greatest artists of our generation!!! I'm in the mixing stage now. I listen back and can't believe what we created... In 2017 I'm making music to make your soul happy!!!"
