AceShowbiz - It's been nearly a year since Demi Lovato released her much-acclaimed single "Body Say". And now the 24-year-old singer/actress joins forces with Los Angeles-based EDM trio Cheat Codes on a new track titled "No Promises".
Produced by Cheat Codes, the summer-club banger finds Demi singing about the beginning of a relationship. "I just wanna dive in the water, with you/ Baby, we can't see the bottom/ It's so easy to fall for each other/ I'm just hoping we catch one another," she sings, before the EDM group's member tackles the chorus, singing, "Oh na na, just be careful, na na/ Love ain't simple, na na/ Promise me no promises."
"No Promises" was premiered at the Beyond Wonderland Festival on Friday, March 24, but the group didn't reveal the identity of the female vocalist. While fans suspected that the nearly-four-minute EDM song featured Demi, the former Disney's darling only added fuel to the speculation by tweeting, "Hey guys.... Something coming REALLY soon... promise."
Demi recently visited Parker Hughes Hospital as part of the second annual of Make March Matter campaign. During her visit, she brought a special advanced screening of her upcoming animated flick "Smurfs: The Lost Village", which will be released on April 7 across U.S. theaters.
