Despite the possibility of arrest for his 2013 infraction, the Canadian singer casually takes a stroll on the beach in Brazil flaunting his new tattoos, ahead of his 'Purpose' tour in the country.

AceShowbiz - Ahead of his "Purpose" tour in Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo, Justin Bieber was seen strolling around the beach in Brazil on Wednesday, March 29. In the photos obtained by Daily Mail, the Canadian heartthrob looked cool and composed sizzling in a folded up white tank top. He flaunted his new inks of a bear on his arm and an eagle right in the middle of his impressive washboard abs.

The "What Do You Mean" crooner seemingly couldn't careless about the possibility of being arrested for his 2013 infraction in the country. He continued enjoying the sunny beach in fitted red track pants, his signature Calvin Klein boxer and a pair of white running shoes. Justin opted for clear unrimmed glasses and a chunky necklace to complete his look.

His entourage was seen guarding the star during the beach time, though it didn't stop his massive fans. One of the photos featured hoards of fans gathering around the singer and trying to take a snap of him. The 23-year-old hunk seemed to be in a good mood as at one point, he was seen shaking hands with a young fan who ran up to him on the beach.

Previously in 2013, Justin was charged of a "crime against the city order and cultural heritage," after he was caught defacing the side of a famous 23 million euro hotel when he last visited the country. The case, however, was suspended after he left the country to continue his tour before justice officials could notify him of the charges.

There has been a speculation that with the fact that Justin visited back Brazil, he could be arrested for the infraction charges. The prosecutors reportedly reopened the case and would officially notify the "Love Yourself" singer of the charges. "With the news that the singer will be returning to Brazil, the Prosecution Service requested that the court issue a writ of summons in his name. The request is so that the accused is made aware of the charges," said Public Prosecutor Service in Rio in a statement.
