Prior to its IMAX premiere, the upcoming MCU-related series unveils its first official logo featuring new embellishments.

AceShowbiz - As the IMAX premiere date is approaching, Marvel has unveiled the very first logo of its upcoming "Marvel's Inhumans" TV series. Shared across its social media pages, the logo looks similar to the classic "Inhumans" logo used by Marvel Comics, though new alterations have been noticeably made.

The official logo for ABC's series features modified fonts. The crossbar from the letters "H" and "A" is forming a slight downward arc rather than a straight outward one. Other alterations are also seen in longer pointed ends of the "I," "U," and two letters "N" as well as spacey and metallic touch in the entire word. The "Marvel" logo is also attached to the top.

"Inhumans" official Twitter account has also updated its banner and profile picture. The banner looks similar to the previous one, except for the placement of the IMAX and ABC logos.

"Inhumans" follows "a race of superhumans with diverse and singularly unique powers, [which] were first introduced in Marvel Comics by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby in 1965. Since that time, they have grown in prominence and become some of the most popular and iconic characters in the Marvel Universe. 'Marvel's The Inhumans' will explore the never-before-told epic adventure of Black Bolt and the royal family."

The eight-episode series stars Anson Mount as Black Bolt, Serinda Swan as Medusa, Iwan Rheon as Maximus, Isabelle Cornish as Crystal, Sonya Balmores as Auran and Ellen Woglom in an undisclosed role. Also starring on the series are Ken Leung, Eme Ikwuakor and Mike Moh as Karnak, Gorgon and Triton respectively.

Scott Buck, Jeph Loeb and Jim Chory are set to executive produce the series with Marvel Television and ABC Studios co-producing. Buck also serves as showrunner.

Directed by Roel Reine ("The Delivery", "Black Sails"), the first two episodes will screen in IMAX theaters on September 1 while the full eight episodes will air on ABC this fall. "Inhumans" is currently filming in Hawaii.
