Weeks after the first round of her skin removal surgery, the 'From Not to Hot' star is not ready for another surgery to remove her 'bat wings' and 'turkey neck,' and throws her revenge dress.

AceShowbiz - Being beautiful and getting in shape is not easy for many women and that exactly what happens to Mama June a.k.a. June Shannon. After getting gastric bypass surgery, she went under the knife again in the latest episode of "Mama June: From Not to Hot".
In last week's episode, Mama June's manager Gina canceled her tummy tuck and breast lift after she failed to reach the 190 pounds her doctor required for the surgery. Following intervention by her daughters Honey Boo Boo and Lauryn Shannon a.k.a. Pumpkin and with the help of her trainer Kenya, she finally got the skin removal surgery she wanted in the March 24 outing, though she was three pounds over her doctor's requirement.
June had a tearful goodbye with her daughters before heading to L.A. for three weeks for the surgery. But after the surgery, she appeared to regret it. "My body looks like Frankenstein and I hate that I did this," she said after her doctor removed her bandages. "At this point, I can't imagine going through another surgery."
Back home weeks later, June was still not ready for another skin removal surgery to remove her "bat wings" and "turkey neck." She fired her manager for pressuring her and threw the red dress which was gifted to her by her niece Amber earlier on the show to motivate her to get slim before Sugar Bear's wedding. "I could care less about the dress. I could care less about this wedding," she said, before retreating to her bedroom.
