First Possible 'Marvel's Defenders' Art Promo and Logo Arrive Online
TV

The art promo sees Daredevil, Luke Cage, Jessica Jones and Iron Fist in their dominant color as well as features Alexandra and what may be Elektra.

AceShowbiz - It was previously reported that the filming of "Marvel's The Defenders" had been completed as they threw a wrap party to celebrate it. Following the report, a new photo from the event has made its way online, offering the very first look at possible promotional artwork for the series.

The photo was shared on an Instagram account of Y-Cats & Jayse Craft Service (@ycatscraftservice), which catered the wrap party. Although the post seemingly has been deleted, some quick fans managed to save the photo. The art promo is made by Marvel's chief creative officer Joe Quesada, who has created several art posters for Netflix's other series taking place in MCU.

The art promo assembles all four of New York's defenders, Daredevil (Charlie Cox), Iron Fist (Finn Jones), Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter) and Luke Cage (Mike Colter). Each defender is colored in its series' dominant color aesthetic: Daredevil's red, Jessica Jones' purple, Iron Fist's green and Luke Cage's yellow.

Also featured in the poster are villainous Alexandra (Sigourney Weaver) and someone who bears a strong resemblance to Elektra (Elodie Yung). Should the girl on the poster beneath Alexandra be Elektra, it seems like she will serve as Alexandra's muscle on the series.

Meanwhile, Yung took to social media to share an image of a souvenir from the wrap party. On Wednesday, March 22, she posted on Instagram a photo of a winter beanie with a "Defenders" logo embroidered on the front side. While the logo looks similar to the previously revealed logo, it seemingly is a new version since it is less distressed and features sharper points on the letters.

"Marvel's The Defenders" follows Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Iron Fist and Luke Cage. The quartet will team up with one common goal-to save New York City. This is the story of four solitary figures, burdened with their own personal challenges, who realize they just might be stronger when teamed together. Also starring on the series are Deborah Ann Woll (Karen Page), Simmon Missick (Misty Knight), Scott Glenn (Stick), Rosario Dawson (Claire Temple), Rachael Taylor (Trish Walker) and Jessica Henwick (Colleen Wing).

"Marvel's The Defenders" is rumored to premiere this summer.
