AceShowbiz - Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton want to make their family complete as the vocalist of No Doubt is reportedly gearing up to adopt a little girl after seeing how close her sons have become with Blake. According to a report from InTouch Weekly (via HollywoodLife.com), Gwen has always been dreaming about having a daughter. And now she wants to make her dreams come true as she allegedly has the whole adoption process planned out.
"Gwen is considering not just an infant, but children under the age of 5," a source tells the mag, before adding that she wants to have her little daughter before Christmas. "Gwen is telling friends that she wants to keep this really private and that she is trying to not get too excited yet, but she has been daydreaming about names already."
Citing the source, the mag claims that the mother of three has always been wishing to have a "beautiful little girl she can dress up and play dolls with and do all the things she hasn't experienced as a mom to her sons." Gwen shares three sons, Zuma, Apollo and Kingston, with her ex-husband Gavin Rossdale. The two tied the knot in 2002 before separating in 2015.
Though they're no longer a couple, it seems Gavin still can't get over Gwen. In a recent interview with Daily Star, the British musician revealed that every song he wrote was in part about his ex-wife. "She will always be my muse and I will be inspired by her whether we like it or not. And I will always love her, she is the mother of my children," he said.
