AceShowbiz - Zayn Malik is apparently set to release his new music soon. The "Pillowtalk" hitmaker took to Instagram on Friday, March 17 to share a video of him puffing a cigarette while strumming guitar and singing soaring high notes.

In the video which was shot in a sepia style filter, Zayn wore a headband to keep his hair pulled back away from his face as he sat on a stool in a black-and-white shirt. It's unknown if he's just freestyling or trying out the chords to a new song.

A fan claimed Taylor Swift "taught" Zayn how to play guitar. A second fan wrote, "God ZAMMIT. His vocals are much better than his guitar skills though." Another one added, "Zaddy love you. Is this a teaser 4 ur new album??"

Zayn recently teamed up with Taylor for "Fifty Shades Darker" soundtrack, "I Don't Wanna Live Forever". It has been a year since the former One Direction singer released his debut solo album "Mind of Mine".
