Earlier this week, the "Really Don't Care" singer also talked about her major milestone of being sober. "It feels amazing," Demi told Entertainment Tonight during the Kids' Choice Awards. "All I've been doing is focusing on bettering myself. It's been quite the journey, but it's well worth it."

The "Let It Go" hitmaker revealed that the main key to overcome her problem was learning how to surrender. "Surrendering is the most important thing whenever you're trying to battle your demons," said Demi. "You have to admit that you have a problem first, and then you can overcome them."

Demi also said that she would always be there for people who needed an advice related to her mental health journey. "People have reached out and I've been able to help," the "Stone Cold" hitmaker shared. "Some people it helps, some people that's their own journey. But if anyone ever needs anything, I'm always around."
