Paula Patton's Son Begs Her Nanny to Call 911 to Avoid Visit From Dad Robin Thicke

The nanny says that every time Julian has these visits from Thicke, 'the night before, the day before, he's crying, he's praying to angels, he's trying to avoid it like the plague.'

AceShowbiz - Paula Patton and Robin Thicke's son, Julian, clearly didn't want to meet his father. Someone who claimed herself as Julian's nanny called 911 to beg for police intervention at a recent custody dispute in Malibu park. The nanny said that Julian was "crying and praying to the angels" at the thought of the "Blurred Lines" hitmaker's visit.

"We need you guys to just intervene because we have a court order document that the child doesn't want to go with his father, he doesn't have to go, and now it's enforced," said the nanny in an audio obtained by TMZ. "We need you guys to come and enforce the order. We have a restraining order, the person is within distance of the restraining order, he's in violation of it currently."

The caller went on explaining, "This child is literally begging me and everyone else to call 911. That's how much he does not want to go. He's 6 years old, and literally every time he has these visits, the night before, the day before, he's crying, he's praying to angels, he's trying to avoid it like the plague. It needs to end."

Another source said the "Mission: Impossible Ghost Protocol" actress arrived in the location about an hour later. She reportedly refused to send off her son with the court-appointed monitor. The source said Patton's housekeeper called the police, but when they arrived the actress had already left.

Meanwhile, a rep for Thicke said, "He was not in violation of the restraining order. Robin never left his designated spot while waiting for Julian. He's followed the same protocol they follow every single week, and that time and location and protocol was agreed to by both parties."

Patton's request for a temporary restraining order against Thicke was granted by the L.A. judge back in January. It included Patton's sole custody of their son until the next court date and ordering Thicke to stay away from his son and ex-wife other than for supervised visitations three days a week at a neutral location. Otherwise, the "Give It 2 U" singer must stay 100 yards away from Julian, Patton and Patton's mother.
