AceShowbiz - The first round of performers for the 2017 ACM Awards have been announced. Nominees Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Lady Antebellum and more will be taking the stage during the upcoming award-giving show.

Aldean and Lady Antebellum shared the exciting news on Twitter on Tuesday morning, March 7. The "Dirt Road Anthem" hitmaker posted a short video of himself along with his new puppy to announce his performance, while the country music group used a GIF to share the news. "Hey! Who that there?" the group began their tweet. "Oh, it's just us saying we'll be performing at the @ACMawards this year!!! #ACMs #YouLookGood."

Miranda Lambert and Maren Morris will also take the stage along with Dierks Bentley, Florida Georgia Line and Little Big Town. Backstreet Boys is set to make their debut at the country music's biggest night alongside Georgia Line to perform their collaborative single "God, Your Mama and Me".

Other than Backstreet Boys, all the performers are nominated for the awards. Aldean is in the running for Entertainer of the Year and Male Vocalist of the Year, while Lady Antebellum is up for Vocal Group of the Year. Bentley and Georgia Line, meanwhile, are nominated for Album of the Year and Vocal Event of the Year.

Keith Urban and Lambert leads the pack of nominees with at least 5 nods apiece. Four-time Grammy winner Urban is facing off Bentley, Aldean, Thomas Rhett and Chris Stapleton in Male Vocalist of the Year category. Meanwhile, Lambert has a stiff competition in Female Vocalist of the Year category as she has to beat Carrie Underwood, Morris, Kacey Musgraves and Kelsea Ballerini to take home the coveted title.

The 2017 ACM Awards will be broadcast live from T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on April 2 at 8 P.M. ET on CBS Television Network. Bryan and Bentley are paired for the second time to host the event.
