Some of the pictures unveil a pre-CGI version of Lockjaw. A large, blue model of the dog was seen being used to help bring to live the character. Lockjaw is Crystal's 2,000 lb canine companion with the ability to teleport.

"Inhumans" also stars Iwan Rheon as Maximus, Serinda Swan as the queen, Medusa, and Ken Leung as Karnak. Recently added cast members include Eme Ikwuakor as Black Bolt's cousin Gorgon, Isabelle Cornish as Medusa's sister Crystal, Mike Moh as Black Bolt's cousin Triton, Sonya Balmores as Auran and Ellen Woglom in an undisclosed role.

"Inhumans" follows "a race of superhumans with diverse and singularly unique powers, [which] were first introduced in Marvel Comics by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby in 1965. Since that time, they have grown in prominence and become some of the most popular and iconic characters in the Marvel Universe. 'Marvel's The Inhumans' will explore the never-before-told epic adventure of Black Bolt and the royal family."

The first two episodes of the live-action new show will premiere in IMAX theaters on September 1. The following episodes will air on ABC in the fall. Roel Reine directs the first two episodes.
