AceShowbiz - The 2017 iHeartRadio Music Awards was officially kicked off with a show-stopping performance by Katy Perry. Perry, who debuted her new blode pixie haircut, took the stage to perform her newly-released single "Chained to the Rhythm" featuring Skip Marley.

Sporting a matching red ensemble, Perry sang the first part of the reggae-inspired track in a mini treadmill under a huge gear before running through the stage and interacting with audience. She was also joined by a group of young dancers, who effortlessly danced along to the song. Towards the end of her performance, Perry joined Marley on the center stage while a giant hamster doll bounced along with the singers and dancers.

Big Sean sent the crowd into frenzy when he performed a medley of "Bounce Back" and "Moves". Under the glow of blue stage lights, the Detroit emcee kicked off his performance with "Bounce Back" while jumping around the stage. Sean, who opted for casual look in a white T-shirt, was then joined by a group of sexy dancers when he played the energetic track "Moves".

Delivering one of the best performances vocally that night was Ed Sheeran. The British heartthrob performed an acoustic rendition of his chart-topping single "Shape of You" before launching into a more up-beat version of "Castle on the Hills". Backed by his home band, Sheeran got the crowd singing along to the songs.
