The 'Crown' actress is in final negotiations to join Tom Cruise in the upcoming 'Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation' sequel.

AceShowbiz - "Mission: Impossible 6" has found its new female lead. According to a scoop from Variety, "The Crown" actress Vanessa Kirby has landed a lead role in the upcoming sequel to "Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation".
Rumor has it, 28-year-old Kirby is in final talks to join Tom Cruise who is set to reprise his role as Ethan Hunt. Details of her character are still unclear, but the role is expected to be on the same level as Rebecca Ferguson's in the previous installment.
Ferguson played a love interest of Cruise's Hunt in the last one. She will return in the sixth film along with two mainstays Jeremy Renner and Simon Pegg. Christopher McQuarrie is also back to serve behind the lens for the movie that is due July 27, 2018 Stateside.
