The 'Don't Give Up' hitmaker sings his heart out to channel Beast's emotion when he lets Belle leave his castle.

AceShowbiz - Disney has released the full version of Josh Groban's song from "Beauty and the Beast (2017)" soundtrack, "Evermore". In the movie, Beast (Dan Stevens) will sing this emotional song when he lets Belle (Emma Watson) leave his castle to be with her father.

Written by Alan Menken, who made the music for the original "Beauty and the Beast (1991)", and Tim Rice, the song is filled with heartache lyrics. It is even dubbed as the most Broadway version of a breakup ballad as the lyrics go, "Now I know she'll never leave me/ Even as she runs away/ She will still torment me/ Call me, hurt me/ Move me, come what may/ Wasting in my lonely tower/ Waiting by an open door/ I'll fool myself, she'll walk right in/ And be with me for evermore."

Besides "Evermore", Menken and Rice also wrote two more songs, "Days in the Sun" and "How Does a Moment Last Forever", for the new "Beauty and the Beast". It was previously reported that the live-action version's soundtrack would include several songs from the 1991 movie, such as "Be Our Guest" and "Gaston".

The full "Beauty and the Beast" soundtrack will be released on March 10.
