While two of the favorite pros are not returning for the new season of the show, a 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star and a 'Saturday Night Live' alum will dance their way into the ballroom.

AceShowbiz - "Dancing with the Stars" offers both bad and good news for fans. As viewers of the show will get to see many celebrities showcasing their dancing skill in its upcoming season 24, they also have to face the fact that two of the most loved pros, Derek Hough and Tony Dovolani, will not be returning to the reality competition series.

A source tells PEOPLE that pro dancer Hough won't return this spring. Hough, who has six Mirror Ball trophies under his belt, recently appeared on NBC's "Hairspray Live!". He's also the one who directed and starred on Michael Buble's heartwarming music video for his single "I Believe in You". Hough's upcoming TV gig is NBC's new reality dance competition "World of Dance", on which he will serve as a judge alongside Jennifer Lopez.

Season 15 champion Tony Dovolani has also announced that he will not be taking part in the upcoming season of "DWTS". On Friday, February 24, the 43-year-old dancer said in a statement, "I wanted my fans to hear it from me first. I will not be on 'Dancing with the Stars' this season, season 24."

He explained that even though he would miss the show and interacting with the "wonderful audiences," he wanted to continue to focus on growing his Dance With Me USA studios and also teaching. "I will also be traveling across the country performing and making personal appearances. I will be hosting my second annual Tony Dovolani Foundation: Golf For Special Needs Children tournament on July 14. I am honored to be a member of the PGA Player and Coaching Development Committee and look forward to contributing to the future of professional golf," the statement added.

Meanwhile, more names have emerged as possible contestants in the upcoming season. Fifth Harmony member Normani Kordei, "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Erika Jayne and "Saturday Night Live" alum Chris Kattan reportedly will be dancing their way into the ballroom. The three are joining the previously-reported celebrity contestants, including Mr.T and "The Bachelor" star Nick Viall.

By committing into the dance show, Kordei needs to balance her music obligations and the show. She has to travel back and forth to Asia to fulfill her commitment in both Fifth Harmony's "7/27 Tour" as well as the weekly live filming for "DWTS".

45-year-old singer Jayne appeared in season 6 of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills". As for Kattan, the 46-year-old comedian is best known for his characters on "SNL" like Mango and also one of the Roxbury guys alongside Will Ferrell during the 90's.

The new season of "Dancing with the Stars" premieres March 20 at 8 P.M. ET on ABC.
