Blood's Lance Hunter is apparently coming back to the Marvel series as he posted a picture of him and Iain De Caestecker, who plays agent Leo Fitz on the show.

AceShowbiz - "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." may feature another familiar character, agent Lance Hunter. Nick Blood, who portrayed agent Hunter during season two and season three, posted on Instagram a photo of him and Iain De Caestecker, who plays agent Leo Fitz on the series.

"Bought the same sweaters," Blood captioned the picture as they had a hangout session together. Although it seems like there's no direct relation between the image and the series, Blood posted it in the same week with the introduction of the Framework storyline.

Blood's character agent Hunter was last seen on the series when he and Bobbi Morse (Adrianne Palicki) were blacklisted from the spy agency and were forced to go on the run. At first, that was meant to set up their own spin-off titled "Marvel's Most Wanted", but too bad it never came to fruitition and Hunter hasn't been seen since then.

This season is believed to be the perfect time to bring Blood's Hunter back, since many other characters were previously featured as they entered into a mysterious construct called the Framework. The Framework would allow Hunter to return, albeit in a completely different form than what viewers might recognize.

"Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." returns on April 4 at 10 P.M. ET on ABC.
