AceShowbiz - New trailer of "King Arthur: Legend of the Sword" offers better look at Guy Ritchie's take on the Britain's classic tale. The trailer, which is set to Led Zeppelin's song "Babe I'm Gonna Leave You", gives more details of Arthur's (Charlie Hunnam) past and the destiny he has to face.

The first part of the trailer focuses on Arthur's past, when his father takes his family away from castle as it is attacked by a group of rebels. The next scene suggests that Arthur watches his mother die right before him, which seemingly becomes the reason why he often gets nightmares when he is adult.

Years later, villain Vortigern (Jude Law) is aware that he is in danger as Excalibur sword begins to reveals itself. "Why has the water dropped?" he asks. "Why does the sword reveal itself now?" A clairvoyant suggests that Vortigern's power is in crisis. "The born king will come. It is inevitable," she says, referring to Arthur.

Arthur, meanwhile, is not aware of the power within him. "I've never had any power or any desire to achieve it," he says. But fate eventually brings him to pull Excalibur sword as well as face his destiny as a born king.

Besides offering more insight into Arthur's destiny as a born king, the new trailer offers a quick look at Arthurian fantastical creatures, which include the Lady in the Lake. The movie seemingly will be packed with fantastical elements as well as Ritchie's Snorricam technique.

Other cast members include Astrid Berges-Frisbey as Guinevere, Djimon Hounsou as Sir Bedivere, Aidan Gillen as Goosefat Bill Wilson, Eric Bana as King Uther Pendagron and Kamil Lemieszewski as Merlin. David Beckham will have a role as Blackleg Leader. "King Arthur: Legend of the Sword" is set to hit U.S. theaters on May 12.
