AceShowbiz - Robin Thicke and Paula Patton squared off in public when she was about to hand over son Julian to a court-appointed monitor on Thursday, February 16. Cops were called and they rushed to a parking lot in Malibu.
According to sources, Robin came an hour early with the court-appointed monitor. When Paula arrived, she refused to give Julian to the monitor. Sources close to Paula tell TMZ that he monitor arrived at 3:13 P.M. and she arrived exactly on time at 3:30 P.M.
Paula's sources claim Robin violated his restraining order as he was feet away from Paula when she arrived with their son. Julian allegedly didn't want to go with his father and asked his mom to call 911. Sources close to Robin, however, tell the site that the "Blurred Lines" singer never came close to Paula.
When police arrived, Paula and Julian had already left. Robin reportedly freaked out when cops told him a black SUV resembling Paula's had gotten in an accident. He left to find the SUV, but Paula's sources deny she was in an accident.
