'Black Panther' Concept Art Offers Glimpses of Wakanda

AceShowbiz - The Digital HD release for "Doctor Strange" is out today and it has some special features which include a sneak peek at "Black Panther" in the form of concept art. The art offers a better look at T'Challa's (Chadwick Boseman) homeland, which is best known as Wakanda.

Thanks to the concept art, fans now know that Wakanda is a place where futuristic technology and architecture combined with ancient ruins and designs. One image shows the council of Wakanda's tribal elders, the Taifa Ngao, in a very spacious room complete with big windows.

Another image features T'Challa's alter ego Black Panther, whose claws are out as he's seen standing in an ancient place.

"Black Panther" follows T'Challa, who's after the events of "Captain America: Civil War" returns home to the isolated, technologically advanced African nation of Wakanda to take his place as king. However, when an old enemy reappears on the radar, T'Challa's mettle as King and Black Panther is tested when he is drawn into a conflict that puts the entire fate of Wakanda and the world at risk.

"Black Panther" hits U.S. theaters on February 16, 2018. The film's cast members include Michael B. Jordan, Lupita Nyong'o, Danai Gurira, Martin Freeman, Daniel Kaluuya, Angela Bassett, Forest Whitaker and Andy Serkis.
