AceShowbiz - Although they called it quits in 2015, Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield prove themselves as the friendliest exes ever. The former Hollywood couple melted thousands of hearts as they shared an affectionate embrace when they bumped into each other at the pre-2017 BAFTAs Nespresso Nominees' party at Kensington Palace in London on Sunday, February 12.
The 28-year-old actress graced the red carpet in a black and gold Chanel sequined dress with lots of embellishments. Meanwhile, the 33-year-old actor looked dapper in a Burberry peacot. Both were nominated at the British equivalent of the Oscars.
Stone took home Best Actress trophy for her incredible performance in "La La Land", while Garfield had to give up the Best Actor award to "Manchester by The Sea" star Casey Affleck at the ceremony later in the night.

Just as much as we want them to get back together, Twitter users burst into excitement after seeing the exes' friendly gestures. Another user posted the photo of the two exes hugging at the show and wrote, "emma stone and andrew garfield at the bafta party I'M SCREAMING." Meanwhile, one other simply asked, "So when will you 2 get back together?"

Stone and Garfield dated for four years after meeting on "The Amazing Spider-Man" set back in 2012. Garfield played the titular superhero and Stone played his girlfriend, Gwen, in the movie. After confirming their split in 2015, the two remain supportive to each other. They are not even shy to express their admiration for each other.
Most recently, Garfield gave his ex a standing applause when Stone was announced as the best actress at the 74th Annual Golden Globe Awards. During his interview with The Hollywood Reporter in December 2016, Garfield said he'd want Stone to accompany him on a deserted island. The actor said, "Emma Stone. I love Emma. She's all right. She can come."
Stone also told Vogue in its November issue that Garfield is someone that she still loves very much. She jokingly added, "I'm really glad you're sitting down so I can tell you."
While it's unclear if they're reunited or not, Stone and Garfield were recently reported to have been engaged in secret. According to OK! Magazine, the couple "is set to give their failed romance another go." An insider told the news outlet, "They've been quietly back together for a while now, and they've even started talking about marriage."
