AceShowbiz - Tyga has been slapped with another lawsuit. According to a new report from TMZ, the 27-year-old rapper has been sued for allegedly ordering his goons to beat up a process server who gave him legal papers at the Penthouse nightclub in West Hollywood back in November.
As previously reported, the man suddenly appeared and handed over the papers to Tyga when he was making his way into his birthday party on Friday night November 18. While it's unclear why Tyga was served, the process server was then unceremoniously and forcibly removed.
In the new suit, the process server claims that he was assaulted by Tyga's crew at the time. He was "grabbed, yanked, pulled and choked" by someone in the "Make It Nasty" rapper's entourage. He added that it was the longtime boyfriend of Kylie Jenner who "green lit the violence."
