AceShowbiz - "The Flash" and "Supergirl" musical crossover will have Music Meister as a villain who can hypnotize people with his singing ability. Now, a number of photos which were taken on the set in Vancouver offer the first look at Darren Criss as the vocal villain.
Sporting black suit and wild hair, Criss' Music Meister is seen carrying two big black bags in downtown Vancouver as a major snowstorm locks down the city. Criss is set to appear in the musical crossover starting in a "Supergirl" episode on Monday, March 20 and later in "The Flash" episode titled "Duet" on Tuesday, March 21.

The set photos also give fans glimpses of Team Flash including Kid Flash (Keiynan Lonsdale), Martian Manhunter (David Harewood) and Vibe (Carlos Valdes). Valdes will sing in the crossover along with Jesse L. Martin, Jeremy Jordan, Victor Garber and John Barrowman.

Meanwhile, Criss himself posted on Instagram a photo of him and Grant Gustin, saying, "The last time I worked with this dude, HE was the bad guy singing at ME. Oh how the tables have turned, [Gustin]. Talk about a #tbt ["The Flash"]."
The musical crossover will feature a song titled "Super Friends", which is co-written by "Crazy Ex-Girlfriend" star Rachel Bloom and will be performed by Gustin and Melissa Benoist. Another song titled "Runnin' Home to You" from "La La Land" songwriters Benj Pasek and Justin Paul will also be performed by Gustin.
Elsewhere, showrunner Greg Berlanti shared his excitement of the musical crossover in a series of tweets. He said, "Hearing all the music for #theflash and #supergirl musical come in and dying over the talent of this cast, writers, songwriters and composer." He added, "And choreography! And production! And direction! And really everything. So excited for the world to see this!!"
