AceShowbiz - Hulu's new drama pilot "Marvel's Runaways" has found its cast members. Allegra Acosta ("Just Add Magic"), Ariela Barer ("One Day at a Time"), Lyrica Okano ("The Affair), Virginia Gardner ("Project Almanac"), Rhenzy Feliz ("Casual") and Gregg Sulkin ("Faking It") have landed the lead roles on the potential series.

The potential series chronicles the story of six diverse teenagers who can barely stand one another but must unite against a common foe - their parents. Sulkin will play Chase Stein, a lacrosse-playing, high school heartthrob. While many write him off as a dumb jock, Stein exhibits flashes of untapped brilliance in engineering, not unlike his wildly successful father.

Feliz will star as Alex Wilder, a loud-and-proud nerd who admittedly a bit of a loner. Wilder spends much of his free time playing video games, but deep down, what he wants the most is to reunite with his group of childhood friends.

Gardner will take the role of Karolina Dean, model-perfect exterior with a lot going on behind her professionally whitened smile. Dean is burdened by the lofty expectations and responsibilities put upon her by her parents. Underneath her veneer of privilege and perfection, Dean is experiencing a newfound eagerness to explore her identity and pursue her own desires.

Okano will play a tough, intelligent and independent teenager named Nico Minoru. A budding "Wiccan," Minoru's carefully crafted goth appearance isolates her from her peers and family, but maybe what she needs the most is someone to talk to.

Barer will portray a purple-haired, bespectacled, contemporary riot girl named Gert Yorkes. Never passing up a moment to stand on a soapbox, Yorkes sometimes wields her persona as a brash social justice warrior to mask her true feelings.

Acosta will star as Molly Hernandez, the youngest and the most innocent member of her friend group. She is known for her peppy positivity and a deep yearning to belong.

"I'm so excited for fans of the comic to watch this perfect cast of amazing actors, all of whom embody the spirit of their characters more than I ever could have imagined," said "Marvel's Runaways" comic co-creator Brian K. Vaughan.

"Marvel's Runaways" hails from Marvel Television and ABC Signature. "Gossip Girl" creator Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage will executive produce the pilot alongside Marvel Head of Television Jeph Loeb and Jim Chory.
