A source close to the 'Allied' star has denied reports saying that the 53-year-old actor is forced into rehab to seek help for his battle with addiction.

AceShowbiz - Brad Pitt is not forced into rehab as earlier reports said. Hours after news broke saying that the "Allied" actor attended a drug and alcohol program amid his battle with addiction, a source close to the 53-year-old hunk has debunked the rumors. "Brad did not go to rehab," the source tells ET.

The National Enquirer was the first to report Brad's alleged rehab stint. According to the gossip site, Brad attended a "Narcotics Anonymous" group party on January 22 and spent a whopping $15,000 on a five-night sober retreat in a private suite inside Casa Del Mar, a luxurious five-star resort in Santa Monica, California.

The webloid even claimed to have obtained pictures of Brad sneaking out of a nearby hotel's backdoor while carrying a bouquet of balloons from a "Sexy Sober Sunday" event. The father of six was reportedly committed to sobriety for the sake of his children. "[He] doesn't want any part of drugs or booze right now; he's dedicated to his children," a source said. "Brad just wants to lead a healthy and sober life - with his kids."

Brad is currently in the middle of a custody battle with Angelina Jolie over their six kids following their split in September 2016. He's granted one visit per week with his children, but an insider claimed that it's "only a matter of time" before the visits are increased.
