AceShowbiz - It's been more than a decade since the "The Lord of the Rings" hit theaters. On Monday, January 30, Orlando Bloom brought back the memories as he took to his Instagram account to share a hilarious photo from his recent reunion with his former co-stars.
The photo features Viggo Mortensen (Aragorn), Elijah Wood (Frodo), Billy Boyd (Pippin), Dominic Monaghan (Merry) and Bloom himself pointing something at the camera. A video shared by fans offers a better look at the reunion, featuring the actors recreating one of "The Fellowship of the Rings" scenes.
While their characters fought with arrows and swords in the movie, Bloom and Co. pretended to fight a cave troll with spoons, forks and knives in the video. Bloom apparently still managed to play archer just like Legolas, while Wood still managed to capture Frodo's bewildered look.
Monaghan also posted the reunion photos on his Twitter account. He tweeted, "They have a cave troll" for one of the photos, referring to one of Boromir's lines in "The Fellowship of the Rings". Another photo featured him with his fellow Hobbit depicters, Wood and Boyd, while the other showed him together with Mortensen.

"The Lord of the Rings" movie series were adapted from J.R.R. Tolkiens' novels and set in fictional Middle Earth. It follows the story of a hobbit which is tasked to bring and destroy a doomed ring. Although the first installment of "The Lord of the Rings" movie series was released more than 15 years ago, they still left footprints in its viewers' hearts. The reunion photos and video would certainly delight every "Lord of the Rings" fan.
