The 'Dark Shadow' actor's ex-business managers, Joel and Robert Mandel, have filed a countersuit against him, claiming he alone is to blame for being in debt due to his 'ultra-extravagant lifestyle.'

AceShowbiz - Johnny Depp is facing financial woes, and he alone is to blame, according to his former business managers, Joel and Robert Mandel. His ex-business management company, The Management Group, filed a countersuit against him on Tuesday, January 31, weeks after the "Dark Shadows" actor sued them for $25 million in a fraud lawsuit.

The business managers claim in their countersuit that the 53-year-old actor's "ultra-extravagant lifestyle" is to blame for his financial problems. "Depp lived an ultra-extravagant lifestyle that often knowingly cost Depp in excess of $2 million per month to maintain, which he simply could not afford," attorney Michael Kump claims in the papers. "Depp, and Depp alone, is fully responsible for any financial turmoil he finds himself in today."

TMG claims that Depp spent $75 million on 14 residences, $18 million on a luxury yacht and $30,000 per month on wine. Kump reveals that Depp "also paid over $3 million to blast from a specially-made cannon the ashes of author Hunter Thompson over Aspen, Colorado." The ex-husband of Amber Heard allegedly also has spent "$200,000 a month on private planes, $150,000 a month on round-the-clock security, and $300,000 a month to maintain a staff of 40 people."

The countersuit detailing the "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor's alleged "ultra-extravagant" spending comes after he filed a lawsuit against his ex-business management team. He claimed that they caused him to lose "tens of millions of dollars" over the years due to "gross misconduct." He claimed they collected $28 million in contingent fees he never agreed to, failed to properly file his taxes and loaned $10 million of his money to third parties without his authorization.
