AceShowbiz - The ongoing legal battle between Kesha, formerly known as Ke$ha, and Dr. Luke just is getting worse, now with Lady GaGa being involved. Dr. Luke filed new papers on Monday, January 30, claiming the "Tik Tok" hitmaker "maliciously" told the Mother Monster early last year he also raped another recording artist.

"She was raped by the same man," so Kesha's text to GaGa read, according to the filing in Manhattan Supreme Court. Dr. Luke, whose real name is Lukasz Gottwald, claimed Kesha knew the content of her February 26, 2016 text was false. "During this text message conversation, Kesha falsely and basely asserted" that he had raped both her and another female recording artist, stated the complaint.

"Kesha's assertions to Lady Gaga were completely false," continued the filing. "Gottwald did not rape Kesha, and he did not rape the other recording artist. Kesha made these false assertions for the malicious purpose of further damaging [his] reputation and business," it claimed. "Kesha was (and is) well aware Gottwald never raped Kesha. Kesha has no basis or justification whatsoever to falsely assert that Gottwald raped the other recording artist."

"The exchange between the two women, along with other discovery revealed in this case, reflects a concerted effort by Kesha to blacklist Gottwald from the music industry on the false premise of her victim status, and to influence others in the industry to boycott Gottwald," it stated. While Kesha didn't specifically mention his name in the said text, Dr. Luke believed it referred to him.

On the same day, Kesha also filed her own court documents, claiming Dr. Luke's case against her "is not about money or business. It is a vendetta against Kesha." Her counterclaims stated, "While the parties are finally recording, to date, not one song has been approved, no release date has been set, and there has been no agreement on the critical issue of whether the album will be promoted commensurate with an artist of Kesha's stature and historical success."

The singer also claimed that the music mogul breached their agreement, adding that she wanted the court to terminate her contracts after the release of her third album. "Due to Dr. Luke's verbal abuse of and physical threats against Kesha, Kesha fears for her physical safety and psychological well-being. As a result, it is impracticable or impossible for Kesha to perform long-term under the KMI Contract and the Prescription Contract," her new papers alleged.
