The Trinidadian femcee teases her upcoming fourth album on her boastful verse, ' 'Bout to drop an album, this is my fourth.'

AceShowbiz - Electronic music trio Major Lazer links up with Nicki Minaj and PARTYNEXTDOOR to release new song "Run Up". After a week of anticipation and several leaked snippets, the track was finally released on Thursday, January 26.

Filled with guitar chords and a signature Caribbean grove, the EDM track sets off with Minaj's frequently-used term "Barbie", before PARTYNEXTDOOR raps his verse, "They thought that you was a shy girl/ Until I made you my girl/ Girl you pushed me like a big button/ 'Til I cuffed you like you did somethin'."

Minaj then raps her boastful verse, on which she teases her upcoming fourth album. She raps, "Most of these dudes is really quite sore/ 45 special, this is my cough/ 'Bout to drop an album, this is my fourth/ I don't put sugar in my spaghetti sauce."

It's been three years since Minaj released her third studio album "The Pinkprint". Earlier this year, the "Anaconda" hitmaker tweeted to her 20.7 million followers that she was working on new music. "To confirm, yes I am single. Focusing on my work & looking forward to sharing it with you guys really soon," so she tweeted.

"Run Up" is expected to be on Major Lazer's upcoming fourth studio album "Music Is the Weapon". During his visit to Zane Lowe's Beats 1 show last summer, Diplo shared some details about the album, including its featured musicians.

"Definitely we have Usher on it. ['Lean On' collaborator] MO's back on songs," he said. "We have a song with Sam Hunt which is very unusual, but I love him. Travis Scott (II). I don't even know; I have to go back...Sia Furler is on a couple ideas, but one of the records might be her record. She's definitely background vocals on a song."

"Music Is the Weapon" doesn't have a release date yet, but it is expected to be released this year. The album is set to include the group's hit single "Cold Water" featuring Justin Bieber and MO, "Believer" featuring EDM duo Showtek and "My Number" featuring Bad Royale.
