'Arrow' Tries to Recruit New Black Canary in Preview for Eps. 5.11

Team Arrow manages to convince Oliver that Tina Boland (Juliana Harkavay) should be the next Black Canary, but the new vigilante doesn't easily accept the offer.

AceShowbiz - "No one's ever gonna be good enough" for Oliver to be the new Black Canary. Following the introduction to Tina Boland (Juliana Harkavay) in the latest episode of "Arrow" that aired on Wednesday, January 25, Felicity and friends do some background check on the female vigilante.

Amazed by her records, they suggest to Oliver that she should be the new Black Canary. But Oliver gives a straight "nope" answer as seen in a preview for the next outing. Apparently realizing that there couldn't be a better candidate to replace Laurel, Oliver finally agrees to recruit Tina to join his team. But Tina won't make it easy for Team Arrow as she refuses to be tamed.

"Second Chances" airs Wednesday, February 1 at 8/7c on The CW. According to the official synopsis, "in his quest to take down Kovar, Oliver gets help from a surprising source -- Talia al Ghul (guest star Lexa Doig). However, when she reveals what she wants from him in exchange, Oliver isn't sure he can accept her help."

"Felicity attempts to hack the NSA to help free Diggle but when her online efforts are flagged, she faces off against an unknown adversary. Meanwhile, Curtis tells the team about a female vigilante, Tina Boland, he uncovered online who has been wreaking havoc all over the country."
