Wiig will have a reunion with former 'Saturday Night Live' cast member Will Forte on the post-apocalyptic comedy series.

AceShowbiz - Kristen Wiig is set to guest star on "The Last Man on Earth" later in the third season. However, there's no comment from FOX's spokesperson regarding what role she's going to play.

The actress will reunite with "Saturday Night Live" vet Will Forte on the post-apocalyptic comedy. Wiig and Forte worked together in "MacGruber", which was a parody of action-adventure TV series "MacGyver". They also collaborated in a comedy film "The Brothers Solomon" back in 2007.

This will not be the first "Saturday Night Live" reunion to happen on the series. Jason Sudeikis had a recurring role of Forte's on-screen brother Mike Miller. Meanwhile, in second season Will Ferrell made a brief cameo as Gordon Vanderkruik, a survivor living in Malibu who suddenly died from a heart attack.

Other guest stars in the third season of the post-apocalyptic comedy include Kenneth Choi who plays Lewis, a gay arborist from Seattle, and Mark Boone Junior, who portrays Patrick Brown, the first person Mike encounters after returning to Earth.

"The Last Man on Earth" is scheduled to return with the second half of season 3 on Sunday, March 5 at 9:30 P.M. ET on FOX.
