A rep for the reality TV star has addressed rumors that she will dance with the president-to-be at the forthcoming presidential inauguration.

AceShowbiz - Rumors have been swirling that Caitlyn Jenner will dance with Donald Trump at the forthcoming presidential inauguration. An alleged Trump source previously claimed the president-to-be was asked to dance with the former Olympian as "the image of Trump dancing with Caitlyn would send a strong message that he supports gay rights and trans rights."

However, Jenner's rep has set the record straight, saying that she's not treated to a dance with Trump. "This is a ridiculous story," her rep tells PEOPLE. "There have been no discussions about who Caitlyn will or won't dance with, or if she will dance at all. I can't deal in hypotheticals and have no idea what any Trump aids hope happens. Of course, real question is if they danced, who would lead?"

A source close to Jenner previously claimed that the reality TV star saw the event as an "an opportunity to represent and defend the LGBTQ community within the party." While the 67-year-old, who has been an advocate of nondiscrimination legislation, was not invited by Trump, she would be a guest of the America Unity Fund.

"Caitlyn sees this as a chance to bring attention to LGBTQ causes and she is committed to protecting human rights no matter the political party in power," said the insider. "She has no problem speaking out if Republicans fail to protect equal rights."
