The actress who plays Tiffany 'Pennsatucky' Dodgett on the series has clarified the rumor about her leaving the Netflix hit.

AceShowbiz - Taryn Manning has reportedly quit "Orange Is the New Black". But both the actress and a Netflix spokesperson have denied the false rumor by saying the article isn't true and that Manning is still on the show.

The 38-year-old actress took to Instagram on January 18, to post an image of a quote. She captioned it, "#quit #never I Love my squad! Silly magazines but still love ya! Xoxo," while the quote itself read, "It's always the ones with the dirty hands pointing the fingers."

News of Manning leaving the show surfaced after InTouch published a now-deleted article, which claimed that the actress would no longer star as Tiffany "Pennsatucky" Doggett on the Netflix hit series.

A source told the magazine, "Taryn needed to get away from the dark character she was playing... She's just hoping to live a cleaner, happier life." The insider also said that Manning had a plan to move from New York, where the show is filmed, to Los Angeles for a fresh start. "She wants to get rid of the friends who don't support her sobriety," the source added.

"Orange Is the New Black" is expected to return on Netflix with season 5 later this year.
