Michael Jackson's family is expressing their gratitude after Sky Arts decided to pull 'Urban Myths' episode 'Elizabeth, Michael and Marlon.'

AceShowbiz - "Urban Myths" episode "Elizabeth, Michael and Marlon" is canceled and Michael Jackson's family is definitely happy with it. Michael's daughter Paris Jackson took to Twitter on January 13 to express her gratitude of the cancellation which was announced by Sky Arts.
The 18-year-old tweeted, "I'm surprised the family's feelings were actually taken into consideration for once, we all really do appreciate it more than y'all know."

Taj Jackson, who previously called the project a "blatant disrespect," posted on Twitter, "Thank you to the fans, you continue to fight for my Uncle Michael's legacy. And thank you to the media, for covering the extreme backlash."

Meanwhile, Michael's nephew TJ Jackson wrote on Twitter, "Thank you to everyone who made their voices heard. As I said it wasn't comedy, it was a mockery with no taste. A great victory for his legacy!"

Sky Arts decided to pull the controversial episode of "Urban Myths" after Michael Jackson's family, Paris, Taj, TJ and Marlon Jackson, had all spoken out against Joseph Fiennes' portrayal of the late star on the series.

The channel announced through a series of tweets on January 13, "We have taken the decision not to broadcast 'Elizabeth, Michael and Marlon,' a half hour episode from the Sky Arts 'Urban Myths' series, in light of the concerns expressed by Michael Jackson's immediate family. We set out to take a light-hearted look at reportedly true events and never intended to cause any offence. Joseph Fiennes fully supports our decision."
