The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star confesses that she's not yet done having babies, while her baby daddy disappears during his trip to Dubai with Kim.

AceShowbiz - Kourtney Kardashian is reportedly expecting her fourth child with Scott Disick. While the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star hasn't confirmed the news yet, she continues to tease her possible pregnancy.
In a new video shared on her website, Kourtney confesses to pal Larsa Pippen that she's not yet done having babies. "You're not having any more babies, right?" Larsa asks Kourtney when finding a recipe book about cooking healthy for youngsters at her pantry. Kourtney grabs it back from the throw-away pile and says, "You never know!"
Kourtney also shares on Snapchat a close-up photo of Gucci baby sneakers, glasses and a small gold chain, captioning it, "Baby."
In other news, Scott reportedly disappeared during his trip to Dubai with Kourtney's sister Kim Kardashian. "Scott went completely MIA in Dubai and no one knew where he was at," a source tells Radar Online, "He was supposed to be there to watch over Kim, but no one could find him."
The source adds, "Kourtney flipped out and when she finally got Scott on the phone, he told her that she has trust issues and that is why she sent that tweet out saying that. Scott also told her that he is not Kim's babysitter and that the reason no one could find him was because he had overslept - ten hours!"
While Kim went to Dubai to be a model for makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic's Master Class, Scott was there to host the grand opening of Sugar Factory.
