AceShowbiz - Does Kourtney Kardashian finally confirm her fourth pregnancy? The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star, who's already a mother to three kids, appears to hint that she's expecting another baby on Snapchat.
On Wednesday, January 11, Kourtney shared a clip showing a picture of her baby bump during her previous pregnancy. In the photo, Scott Disick's baby mama went naked with only a large necklace covering her nipples.
Kourtney also confessed on Twitter that she's been skipping workouts with her sister Khloe Kardashian.

"Kourtney is pregnant in her first trimester," a source tells Radar Online, noting that she's only telling her close friends. While previous report claimed Kourtney's unsure who the dad is, the source says Scott is the father of her unborn child.
"[Kourtney and Scott are] definitely back together," the source adds, "They are working it out for the sake of the child and neither one of them is seeing anyone else right now. Scott bought Kourtney a $35,000 David Yurman gold cuff bracelet that is laden with diamonds and she really loved it. He has also been showering her with flowers and has even started writing 'rhymes' for her. He doesn't call it poetry, but that's what it is."
